My career path
I began my career by joining a struggling SaaS development business with a straightforward challenge: make it profitable, and the ownership is yours. Within a few years, I transformed it into a successful company, now attracting paying customers from around the globe, including Czechia, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Brazil, the USA, and many more. Today, the company generates over $200,000 annually and serves 4,000 paying customers. Alongside working hard to make the business profitable, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Prague University of Economics.
Throughout my career, I have taken on various roles thanks to the nature of managing a business, including handling customer acquisition & customer care, marketing, product development, finance, accounting and human resource management. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and a well-rounded skill set.
Having experienced many roles led me to discover my true passion: the design process. I am deeply engaged in all its stages, from user research and ideation to low and high-fidelity design, prototyping, and the implementation itself. My ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into impactful design solutions has become a foundation of my work.
